Fully Serviced Mobile Home Park Lots
Located on 50 foot+ wide lots offering picturesque mature tree setting with open areas.
Month to Month mobile sites are available for Manufactured, Modular, and Mobile Homes at $350/month.

Serviced RV Lots
We have over 30 campsites available with power, Town of Unity water and sewer hook-ups. There are also 12 RV sites with parking only.
RV sites are gravel strips with lawn between sites.  Many sites are under large shady trees, a very picturesque setting.

There is a shower, flush toilets and sinks facility on-site hooked up to town services.
Firewood is available near campground.

Our RV sites fill up quickly during the spring and summer months. Please book ahead to reserve your spot.

On-site management is available for any questions or assistance you require.
